Fourteen questions

There is no right answer and no best answer — every one of them is better at something and worse at something else. Answer as him, not as a min–maxer, and he will come out looking like somebody you recognise.

Nobody gets exact numbers on a fourteen year old, including you. The shaded band is everywhere he could land, and it is real: how good he actually turns out is rolled from who he is, not from what you answered. Sign him and you find out.

Sign him

He arrives as pending. The commissioner puts him on a Prep roster at the next sim, and from then on he is in the league site with everybody else. His skill points start banked: three per simmed week, spent on My players - ratings and the skill tree - whenever you like.
